Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: Free for orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping charge applies.
Express Shipping: Available at an additional cost. Charges vary based on location and will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days
Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available.

Undelivered Packages

If a package is undelivered due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, re-shipping charges will apply.
If the order is returned to us due to non-acceptance, the refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@asasasports.in within 48 hours of delivery with images of the damage.
If your package is lost in transit, contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
