Returns

You can return a product within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
Certain products, such as personal care items, customized goods, or clearance sale items, are non-returnable.
Customers must bear the return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank before contacting us.

Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges only for defective or damaged products.
If you need an exchange, email us at support@asasasports.in within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the defect/damage.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not been shipped.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may initiate a return after delivery.
